Gmail triage — draft only, never send

WhenUse when the 7:30am Gmail charter runs: easy-archive, glance mail, action-mail drafts.

Steps

Pull easy-archive (OOO, one-off notifications, newsletter autos). One-line summary, one confirm button.
Batch low-effort glance mail. 2–3 sentence summaries. User says archive.
Action mail: read the thread, check prior interactions, optionally Drive/CRM, propose the next move. Draft the reply in the user's voice. Short. No "hope this finds you well."

LoadGmail plugin. Read/write/archive/draft. No send.
