These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Gesha LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Agints ("Agints," "we," "us"). They govern your use of agints.com and our agent setup, configuration, and related services.
By paying, booking, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Agints helps people and businesses set up AI agents that do real work: Grok Bot, Hermes, custom workflows, and related automations. We are a setup and configuration shop, not a general-purpose AI company and not your lawyer, accountant, or employer.

We currently sell:
The guided setup is a 90-minute session. Optional maintenance is offered separately at $300 per month when selected. It is not required to buy or use the setup. The checkout or written order must disclose any recurring charges and cancellation terms before you agree. DIY templates and additional services are included only when your order says so.
We do not guarantee a specific revenue, lead volume, or hours saved. Agents run on third-party platforms (including Grok Bot, Hermes, and similar tools). Those platforms have their own terms, outages, pricing, and model behavior. We are not those companies.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the accounts, inboxes, calendars, and tools you connect. Do not give us credentials you are not allowed to share. Prefer inviting us, OAuth, or a dedicated account over handing over a personal password.
If we operate inside your workspace, you remain the account owner. You can revoke access at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on behalf of Gesha LLC d/b/a Agints. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including any taxes Stripe or we are required to collect.
The $1,000 agent install is a one-time charge for setup and configuration as described at purchase. It does not enroll you in a subscription. Optional recurring maintenance requires a separate agreement.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may pause or cancel work until it is resolved.
Our setup includes the money-back guarantee advertised on our homepage: if you are not satisfied, tell us and we will make it right or refund the setup. Email info@gesha.com with your purchase details and what went wrong. You may also request a full refund before configuration starts.
Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are charged by those providers and are subject to their refund terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation, refund, or payment-dispute rights.
You agree that you will:
You keep ownership of your data, brand, and content. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform the setup.
The Agints name, site, templates, internal playbooks, and our generic workflow designs stay ours. You get a non-exclusive license to use the configured agents in your own accounts for your own business or personal use.
You do not get a license to resell our setup process as a competing agency product unless we agree in writing.
Agents hallucinate, break, and do unexpected things. We will set them up carefully. We do not warrant that an agent will be error-free, always-on, or cheaper than a human in every case.
You are responsible for what gets sent, posted, paid, or deleted from your accounts, including actions an agent takes with the permissions you granted.
Grok Bot, Hermes, Google, Stripe, Notion, email hosts, and any other tool we wire up are third parties. Their fees, rate limits, and availability are outside our control. This does not limit our setup money-back guarantee or your statutory rights.
We will not sell your customer lists or private workspace data. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings (for example, "this class of workflow usually needs a human approval step") to improve the service. See our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of any agent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GESHA LLC AND AGINTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
These exclusions do not limit our money-back guarantee, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, they apply only to the extent allowed.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Gesha LLC and Agints against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the agents, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You can stop using the service at any time. We can refuse or stop service if you abuse the agents, don't pay, or create legal or safety risk. Sections that should survive (payments owed, IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. For a material change to a paid setup already in progress, the Terms in effect on the purchase date still govern that job unless we both agree otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
