## When
Use when the 7:30am Gmail charter runs: easy-archive, glance mail, action-mail drafts.

## Stop
Never send. Never archive action mail without confirm.

## Steps
1. Pull easy-archive (OOO, one-off notifications, newsletter autos). One-line summary, one confirm button.
2. Batch low-effort glance mail. 2–3 sentence summaries. User says archive.
3. Action mail: read the thread, check prior interactions, optionally Drive/CRM, propose the next move. Draft the reply in the user's voice. Short. No "hope this finds you well."
