If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Gesha LLC is the controller of your personal data for the site and checkout. For data inside your connected tools (your Grok Bot, inbox, Notion, and so on), you are the controller; we are a processor only for the setup work you hired us to do.

2. What we collect

You give us

• Name, email, phone, billing address
• Payment details (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
• Business details, goals, and the accounts you ask us to connect
• Messages, briefs, screenshots, and files you send

We get automatically

• Device, browser, IP, and approximate location
• Pages viewed, referrer, and basic diagnostics
• Cookies or similar tech needed to run the site and checkout

From others

• Stripe (payment status, last4, billing country)
• Calendar or booking tools if you schedule a setup
• The platforms you invite us into, only as needed to do the job

We do not want special-category data (health, union, precise geolocation of a child). Don't send it. If it shows up in a mailbox we are connecting, we will treat it as confidential and not use it for marketing.

3. How we use it

• Provide the site, checkout, and agent install / configuration
• Take payment, issue invoices and receipts, prevent fraud
• Talk to you about the job
• Improve the service (aggregated, not "here's this customer's inbox")
• Comply with law and defend legal claims

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to deliver the setup you bought), legitimate interests (security, basic analytics, improving the service), consent (optional cookies or marketing, if we ever add them), and legal obligation.

We share information with:

• Stripe — payments
• Hosting, email, and analytics providers we use to run the site
• The AI / automation platforms you ask us to configure (Grok Bot, Hermes, Google, Notion, etc.)
• Professionals (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality
• Authorities if required by law

Anyone we hire is only allowed to use the data to do their job for us.

6. Retention

• Checkout and invoice records: as long as applicable tax and accounting law require
• Setup workspace access: until the job is done, then we leave or you revoke us
• Site logs: a short period unless needed for security
• Marketing (if you opted in): until you unsubscribe

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No agent, inbox, or card processor is perfectly safe. You should use unique passwords, 2FA, and least-privilege invites.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and the EEA/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing, and to appeal a denial. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Email info@gesha.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Do not use the service if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information is processed in the US and any country where our processors run. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

10. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and for Stripe Checkout. If we add optional analytics or ads later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask.
