Steps

Fathom joins every meeting, transcript hits its API.
Grok Bot polls every 30 minutes. New transcript → ingest.
Output: clean summary; action items you committed; action items they committed to you; ping Slack/Telegram minutes after the meeting.
Optional next: check the todo list and do anything that needs no human.
