## Steps
1. Fathom joins every meeting, transcript hits its API.
2. Grok Bot polls every 30 minutes. New transcript → ingest.
3. Output: clean summary; action items **you** committed; action items **they** committed to you; ping Slack/Telegram minutes after the meeting.
4. Optional next: check the todo list and do anything that needs no human.
