Steps

Extract people who engaged with LinkedIn posts that match the buyer.
Waterfall enrich through 3–5 data providers (Apify / AppMaestro, GitLeads, Apollo).
Validate emails (MillionVerifier or equivalent).
Load Instantly (or similar) inboxes. HyperTide-class sending: ~10k cold emails / ~$100/mo.
