## Steps
1. Interview once: “Before your first run, ask me one round of questions… Save the answers and reuse them every run.”
2. State file: “Keep a state file of every post you have already reported. Check it before reporting anything. Never report the same thread twice.” (Scheduled bots repeating themselves is the #1 reason people stop reading them.)
3. Silence: “If nothing, send nothing.” Without that line a bot invents relevance to justify running.
4. Draft, never send.
