# Build a send-voice guide from outbox + Slack, then sample the thread

## When
Use before any outbound draft — agents write like you only after they read you.

## Stop
Draft only. Human sends. Never send external email, customer Slack DMs, purchases, or deletes. Stay quiet unless a send needs you. No 'just checking in.'

## Steps
1. Point the Chief of Staff (or outbound Bot) at your sent mail and Slack. Prompt: `Read my past Slack messages and sent mail and develop a Slack/email style guide for me.`
2. Save the guide as a skill. Include: greeting, length, when you use bullets vs prose, words you never use, how you ask vs tell, signature.
3. Before any draft, require: sample the exact thread (last 5–10 messages) and name the recipient’s last ask.
4. Draft only. Human sends. Approval boundary: external email, Slack DMs to customers, purchases, deletes.
5. After you edit a draft, tell the Bot what you changed so the style guide updates. Put durable voice rules in the Bot description, not just the thread.
6. Stay quiet unless a send needs you. No “just checking in” noise.

## Load
Sent mail + Slack. Style-guide skill. Sample last 5–10 messages. Draft permission only.
