# Narrow Slack/GitHub event → repro pack (no auto-post)

## When
Use when #customer-escalations contains a ticket link plus “needs repro.”

## Stop
Never post back to Slack without approval. Never listen to every new message. Test on a fake ticket first.

## Steps
1. Connect the account integration (not the plugin). Confirm the owning Bot.
2. Define a narrow matcher. Do not listen to every new message.
3. Ask: `When a message in #customer-escalations contains a support ticket link and the phrase “needs repro,” open the ticket, reproduce the issue in staging, and post a repro pack in this conversation. Never post back to Slack without approval.`
4. Confirm: owning Bot, trigger, input source, expected result, approval boundary, missing-source policy.
5. Test run on a fake ticket. Check current inputs, format, audit trail, and that it stopped at approval.
6. Re-test after the source format changes. Make retries idempotent. Report partial completion in the Bot conversation.

## Load
Account integration (not the plugin). Owning Bot. Staging only. Draft in-thread.
