# Hourly attention list from Slack, mail, calendar, Granola

## When
Use when a Chief of Staff Bot owns inbox/Slack/calendar and a to-do list would go stale.

## Stop
Never send external mail, purchase, or delete without approval. Stay quiet unless something needs attention. Archive only when the thread does not name you and does not map to the list.

## Steps
1. Enable plugins for Slack, Gmail/inbox, calendar, Granola (and Gong if you record calls). Authenticate on the VM for anything without MCP.
2. Create a Chief of Staff Bot. Description: calendar/Slack/inbox only. Never send external mail, purchase, or delete without approval. Stay quiet unless something needs attention.
3. Setup prompt: `Create an attention list: every hour, review email, Slack, Granola, and calendar and create a succinct set of projects I’m focused on and their current state, what needs to happen next.`
4. Save as a skill, then a weekday hourly routine. Output: project, current state, next action. No commentary if unchanged.
5. Use the list as a filter: `Review my attention list and archive any emails that are not relevant to my focus list.` Archive only when the thread does not name you and does not map to the list.
6. Weekly: `Where did I spend time this week that I can offload to an agent going forward?` Compare stated priorities vs actual attention.

## Load
